One of the largest eCommerce firms in the world engaged us to coach their senior leader. The intervention began by us first understanding 360 degrees feedback on the leader. We then created a targeted intervention by mapping the feedback along with the output of a series of discussions with the leader as well as the manager’s involved. The coaching sessions focused on the specific issues faced by the leader. The discussion in each session used theoretical frameworks to create strategies for the leader that would be useful on the ground given the context of the situations faced by him.
