A mobility technology solutions provider firm was struggling with its business strategy. They engaged us to help them define the business focus and in the process articulate its strategies. We conducted a series of discussions with the leadership. It led to short-listing of a set of strategic initiatives which were prioritized based on the cost-benefit analysis. We worked with the leadership to create operational plans for the prioritized ones which were then executed by the client’s teams on the ground.
