An effective executive should be making a positive impact, exercising influence and consistently providing value to the organization. However the executive’s abilities alone will not achieve these goals. He or she also needs the support of many stakeholders in the process. The stakeholders will lend their support naturally and easily if they see a “confident” executive. It is this ability to win the confidence of the stakeholders which is called as “Executive presence”. This workshop aims at enriching this ability using typical tough challenges (through case studies and role-plays) that any executive faces.
