Our Team

Ranjeet Ranade

The founder of ETC Partners, brings over three decades of international industry experience in financial services, organizational leadership, and project management. He also brings academic rigor in engineering (BITS Pilani and IIT Bombay) as well as in Finance & Economics (New York University). Ranjeet has a significant experience in teaching and training. He has been a visiting faculty at Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore where he taught Algorithms & Data Structures and Game Theory. He is involved in creating and delivering a light-weight business management program targeted at rural business enterprises (through http://www.tree-society.in/). Food is his passion and he runs a chain of successful cafés along with two friends and partners.

Nikhil Damle

He is an NLP coach. His corporate career spanned over 20 years setting up, leading and growing various functions across global locations in banking domain. What he loved the most was that he got global exposure and several opportunities to manage and grow teams and functions. In the process, he became convinced that there is no other business than the people business. So, he got into the coaching and workshops business full-time. He teaches NLP Foundation Courses, provides coaching to clients on a one-on-one basis and conducts workshops for corporate clients.
 
Shubha Chandrasekaran

She is a banking professional with over 15 years of experience at Citibank NA in Operations and Technology functions across Transaction Banking and Third-party Governance. Subha is a coach, a consultant, a content creator and a workshop facilitator. Her personal focus is on enhancing workplace skills, realizing one’s potential through coaching, and mentoring women career restarters. Subha is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani, XLRI Jamshedpur and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Jayraman Iyappan or 'Jay' in short

Jay is a seasoned professional with Twenty plus years of corporate career and seven years of full time corporate training. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters degree in Commerce. His wealth of knowledge is acquired through business operations, consultancy and change management advisory services to Stock Exchange, Investment Bank, Asset Management Company, Global Custodian and Commercial Bank. A mentor by nature & a good orator, his sessions/workshops are popular among young professionals and have helped them in securing Industry Certification and Client appreciation. Jay lives with his wife & daughter in Chennai and enjoys long walk/ride/drive, cooking daily meal and yoga.

Below are the key services which we offer to our clients

Capacity building in Leadership and Project management
We offer a range of stand-alone workshops in Leadership and Project management areas such as Business Acumen, Financial Acumen, Stakeholder Analysis, Managing up, Estimation techniques, Fundamentals of Project Management, Effective Business Communication, etc. We also offer longer interventions under an umbrella offering of Professional Effectiveness Toolkit (PET). PET is a series of workshops intermingled with hands-on assignments to implement the concepts learnt in workshops.
Workshops and trainings in finance
We offer customized workshops and trainings in areas such as Investment Banking, Capital Markets, FX Markets, Commodities Markets, Derivatives, Trade lifecycle, Equity Valuation, Wealth Management, Corporate Finance, etc.
Consulting and Transformation Services
We work with our clients to study their existing software delivery processes and identify gaps as well as inefficiencies. We then use our experience and expertise with industry best practices to transform client’s delivery process which often requires some level of training and hand-holding.

Highlights of some of the recently completed work

  • We coached a set of senior leaders for a Fortune-10 firm by helping them create a stakeholders’ stakeholder analysis and create strategies to make a cascading and longer-term impact on the business.
  • For women managers of a Fortune 50 automobile manufacturing firm, we conducted a workshop on effective business communication.
  • We designed and continue to deliver a customized workshop on Wealth Management for the staff of a Fortune 100 bank.
  • For a large business unit of a Fortune 100 investment banking group, we helped define a software delivery process and we continue to do handholding and improve the process as the business unit uses those defined processes.
  • We conduct (every year) a financial domain workshop to onboard a set of engineering graduates for a Fortune 100 investment bank.
